Comfortable in my wheelchair post-surgery. Fits an 18" seat perfectly. No weight bearing, works great.

Firm and thick with good donut hole support that relieves tailbone pain. Only issue is one side flattens more, making it lopsided. Hoping it holds up for a long bus trip.
